Halle Ostman, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan. She brings more than eight years of healthcare experience, including six years as a registered nurse in emergency and urgent care settings, where she developed extensive expertise in acute care, patient advocacy, and clinical decision-making.
Halle provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and wellness promotion. She is passionate about partnering with patients to develop individualized care plans that support long-term health and well-being.

Halle earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University, graduating with honors. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Southwestern Oregon Community College. She maintains board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence.
Outside of her clinical practice, Halle enjoys hiking, exploring with her dog, creating art, reading, and roller skating. She values maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle and brings that same enthusiasm, creativity, and compassion to her work with patients and families.
