
Cindi Condos, FNP, FOMA, is an experienced pediatric nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children from the newborn stage through young adulthood. With more than 30 years of pediatric experience, including over 16 years as a nurse practitioner, she is committed to partnering with families to support the long-term health and well-being of their children.
Cindi provides comprehensive pediatric care, including preventive health visits, same-day sick care, sports physicals, and the management of chronic and complex medical conditions. She has a special interest and advanced expertise in pediatric obesity and metabolic health. She holds an Advanced Practice Certificate in Obesity Medicine and completed a five-year fellowship in Obesity Medicine, providing her with specialized expertise in pediatric obesity and metabolic health. In addition, she has served for many years on the Pediatric Committee of the Obesity Medicine Association, helping to advance the care of children and adolescents with obesity and related metabolic disorders.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Cindi worked at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in the Pediatric Cardiac Transitional Care Unit, where she developed extensive experience caring for medically complex children. Throughout her career as a nurse practitioner, she has continued to care for this population and has developed strong collaborative relationships with specialists at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and Stanford Children’s Health. This experience continues to inform her thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Cindi earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Sonoma State University, graduating with honors from both programs. Her advanced education, extensive clinical experience, and commitment to lifelong learning allow her to provide individualized, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
Cindi believes that exceptional pediatric care begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each family’s concerns, values, and goals and works closely with parents to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child while fitting into the realities of family life. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children feel safe and families feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Outside of her clinical practice, Cindi enjoys maintaining an active and adventurous lifestyle. She is an avid hiker and backpacker and particularly enjoys competitive and adventure paddleboarding on the San Francisco Bay. She also loves traveling with her husband and family and values spending quality time with family, friends, and their two dogs. These experiences reinforce her belief in the importance of health, wellness, balance, and the joy of connecting with others.
